Package delivery

I had made a SHEIN order on the 4th of April, and I still haven't received it to date. Buffalo Logistics has been sending me messages since the 17th of April, telling me that my parcel is on the way and I will receive it in 48 hours. The tracking shows that the parcel reached Cape Town but was returned on the 1st of May due to "parcel wrongly allocated." I have tried contacting Buffalo Logistics multiple times, but I haven’t received any response and I can't get a hold of them on call.
