Package delivered to the wrong house.

I orders from SHEIN and my parcel was “delivered” to a neighbour 4houses away from mine when the delivery people couldn’t get me on the phone on the on the 1 Dec 2025. Instead of driving back with my parcel they decided to give it to a neighbour without notifying me,after endless calls to the company I was given the address and pin to the house,I went there and the lady says she never got anything from Buffalo logistics she was actually waiting for her package as well. It’s been three weeks now and I have not heard anything from them, I’m the one that calls them and each time I call they tell me my case is still under investigation, how long does it take to call the driver and ask him to go back to the house he delivered to and ask for the package back. Worse of all they never took the name or signature of the person they gave the package to, how unprofessional are they? Buffalo logistics has a tendency to mess up they deliveries and then play the victim.I want my money back and no more excuses.I used my hard earned money to pay for my package for them to treat me like I’m asking for donations.
