Package delays

I am extremely frustrated with the repeated delays regarding my package.Initially, I was informed that delivery would take place on Monday, but it did not arrive. I was then told it would arrive on Tuesday, yet it was delayed again. Now, I am being told to expect it on Thursday.

This level of service is unacceptable. I have been waiting unnecessarily, and the lack of reliability in your delivery estimates has caused me significant inconvenience.
