Package Been In Transit for a longest time

My package from Shein have been shipped on the 25th of July. Ever since then it has been on transit.Buffalo logistics please give me something to work on because I cannot apply for a refund from Shein Because My Status keeps saying "in transit" ,it is now 38 days Since it has been shipped.

I really need my goods ..or I should want a refund already😒
