OVERSEAS MUST FIND A NEW SA LOGISTICS COMPANY

ACTUALLY A MINUS ONE STAR : Where do I even begin with Buffalo Logistics? This so-called "company" is an absolute joke. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish.

Firstly, they managed to allocate my parcel to the wrong driver. Bravo, Buffalo Logistics, bravo! It's like they have a team of children running the show, randomly throwing packages at whoever happens to be passing by. Needless to say, my parcel ended up goodness knows where, leaving me high and dry.

But oh, it gets better. After calling them every single day to try and rectify their monumental *****-up, all I got was a chorus of "sorry". Sorry? Sorry doesn't cut it, Buffalo Logistics. Sorry doesn't magically teleport my package back to me. Sorry doesn't compensate for the hours wasted on the phone with your clueless customer service reps.

It's abundantly clear that Buffalo Logistics couldn't care less about their customers. All they know how to do is apologize and maybe do refunds or returns from where we orderd , as if that's some kind of solution. Newsflash, Buffalo Logistics: it's not. Maybe instead of sorry, your vocabulary should include words like "competence" and "efficiency".

In conclusion, if you value your time, your sanity, and your belongings, steer well clear of Buffalo Logistics. They're a sinking ship. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
