Overcharged Customs
I ordered from Temu and my order amounted to R1339 and Buffalo charged me R471.15 for custom fees . Which is 36% of my order. I have been trying to communicate with them with no response. From Emails, Calls and WhatsApp. They offer a very bad and poor service.
