OVERCHARGED

Good day Unless company

My question is why do they have call center if their will never answer calls emails or WhatsApp? I have been trying to get hold of this company for a week now, no response, PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW DO YOU CALCULATE YOUR DUTY (TAX)? I ordered a parcel from China, is not the first time, but this time I feel like I am been OVERCHARGED.
