Over Charged for Vat & Duty

I’m so disappointed, I have been ordering from SHEIN for a very long time and using Buffalo Logistics for receiving my parcels, but the Vat & Duty amount that I was charged this time around was weigh too much. All along I’ve been charged not more than R200.00 but this time around I was invoiced R1200.00 which is a daylight ******* and don’t even respond to their emails and never answer their calls. This is outrageous.
