Orders not being delivered on time

I payed customs, they don't update you on where you're order is, they take time to give you your parcel, its so upsetting having to beg for something you payed for, no response what so ever, but when they want customs they are able to update you very fast when it comes to you wanting your parcel its a problem, maybe companies must stop using this logistics company
