ORDER TAKING TOO LONG
Greetings Sir/Madam My order has been on proof of tax payment uploaded for more than a day now. I'm disappointed I was supposed to get my order from 15 of March but still no updates from them. Please help me

20 Mar 2024, 13:51Yesterday they sent me an email telling me I mustn't send a proof of payment twice they've seen it. And my order was moved to JOHANNESBURG but today again my status says No Tax Paid. I'm really frustrated like I need this order by Friday the latest. Now I've been whatsapping them with no response. I'm really out of plans and TEMU on this point cannot do anything cause they shipped the order.
