Order stuck at their dc

Worst customer service. I don't know why SHEIN is still using them. My parcel has been stuck with them and their call centre is useless, their supervisors will never bother yo get back you you... The clothes are for the kids school concert they have been collecting dust in their warehouse... I'm utterly disgusted with them. Next time I order at SHEIN and they pop up I'm cancelling the order. Emile is very efficient
