Order says received but I did not get it
I placed order on shein on the 28th of August. And in the shein app and buffalo state my order was delivered. Buffalo logistics driver when they deliver they don't call they just give orders to strangers without letting you know because of this my orders are missing. According to them they think I received my order on 11th of September and I didn't get call from the drivers that day. I called they said they are investigating the matter. Buffalo logistics Kimberly has poor service. One of my colleagues made an order on the 2 September and received her order. I am the one who received order on her behalf same story they did not call her. And ask her they are leaving the order with me. We used same address.

22 Sept 2025, 19:09Buffalo promised to give me a call today regarding my order that was supposed to be delivered on the 11th of September 2025, I have been waiting and I even call. Buffalo logistics and DPD Kimberly have poor service. I still don't know what happened to my order till this day, I still don't know to whom my order was delivered. Worse part my signature was forged and proof of delivery said I received the order. I haven't received the order, driver did not call when they were delivering.
