Order out for delivery since Friday

Absolutely shocking! I have tried to phone through to JHB and no-one picks up the call. I have left messages on the WhatsApp Group and no-one responds. We have waited at home on Friday and Saturday as the parcel was out for delivery on both days. It's still out for delivery but I cannot get hold of a single person to speak to the driver to get a time estimate. I am appalled that there is no way to speak to a person!
