Order not received from buffulo

Hi I ordered on temu and my order was shipped to Buffalo, it was received in Johannesburg then came to durban, they say they tried to deliver and my address was wrong I called them to fix the address issue they said I must chenge it on temu, temu said the courier company must call me and change it I have call numerous times and still has not received it I called them to ask what else I can do to receive my order they keep saying I must change my address wichis impossible because once shipped they can't change it, an buffulo. Is not helping I can't get my order I can't change the address I don't know what to do
