Order not received BUFZA***YQ : SHEIN Order

I ordered clothes from SHEIN worth R5000 only for Buffalo Logistics: BUFZA***YQ driver to deliver it to the wrong house whilst he was inside the Estate and the box was clear on the house number. I’ve been following up with Buffalo since yesterday 10 November 2023 and they haven’t been helpful and keep telling me they escalating. Buffalo I want my clothes and your driver better come and show me where they delivered my parcel and collect it.

I would like the driver who delivered the parcel to come and show my where they left my parcel yesterday, his best to advise and collect it from the wrong house he delivered it to. I’ve been asking for the drivers details but Buffalo contact centre refused and they also didn’t have a reference number to my many call.

This is a serious inconvenience and I need my parcel before the weekend for a function. I will appreciate an urgent response with regards to my missing parcel.

And unfortunately there is no Donald in our block or in my house so who did your driver give my parcel and why is there no ID number or further information on the person who took my parcel. This is shocking for a company of this nature.
