Order not received

I've ordered items from Shein,the courier Buffalo did not deliver my parcels,they didn't even border to call me to let met me know that they are delivering my parcels we never received any order from them,I tried to call Buffalo,but they never take responsibility of helping me they said I must ask my neighbours.Instead the consultant told me that it was not her problem that I did not get my order then she dropped the call.On the otherside I was waiting for them to do investigations till today I'm still waiting for their call.
