Order not delivered yet - ordered in May

My husband (M. Yamba) purchased items from Temu which were expected to be delivered on the week of 20-25 May. On 23 May one of the drivers phoned my husband to confirm the address and he said that he already left the area but he will return some other day. Until today we have not received the parcel and we paid for taxes and duties R384.50(parcel ref #: BUFZA***YQ). My husband sent the query to Temu and the items were reshipped. Buffalo expected my husband to repay again for the same thing that he never received and the package ref # was BUFZA***YQ and paid again R384.50 for the parcel to be delivered. Now we paid taxes and duties twice for one order that has not been delivered yet. We are still waiting.
