ORDER NOT DELIVERED WEEKS LATER

The service is absolutely terrible. I paid my customs duty tax about 2 weeks back. A week ago I received and sms saying my order will be delivered today. I have still not received my order but when tracking the order it shows it has been delivered. I have tried to contact the call centre for 3 days with no luck. The calls keep dropping and when I eventually do get through to someone it cuts off a few minutes into the call. I’ve also sent an email to the company support mailbox and have not received w response. I am convinced that my order has been ****** by someone because I am getting the run around
