Order not delivered by buffalo or DPD
I am so stressed and disappointed. I ordered from SheIn last month end of April. My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday 9 May 2024 by their third party DPD but their didn't border themselves to deliver my order, instead they are saying I wasn't available when they came to deliver of which is not true!! This people didn't even attempt to deliver my order yesterday. I was at home available, even today they have sent the same message saying they are out on delivery but no one came untill now.
I have been trying to get hold of buffalo they don't answer their calls. I have been calling DPD I think 6 times now, their response are different even themselves are confused. When I am asking for the driver number they saying they don't have but he/she will call me. Untill now my order is not delivered and I am tired of calling them.
I regret ordering from SheIn.

10 May 2024, 15:22Ok I got the call from buffalo agent and she is saying I wasn't on address yesterday. She is saying out delivering and is not supposed to call me whenever his coming to deliver. Like I told her that I'm Nongoma of which is a rural area and that is why I don't have a straight address to my home and that the reason I used the school address that is close to me. Going to school is less than 5 minutes from my home and road to the school is near home of which is 1 minutes for to the road (gravel road). How am I supposed to know that the driver is at school when he/ she is not calling me. I once ordered from SheIn that driver phoned to come and collect my order. But DPD drivers are failing to do so. I feel like my problem is not solve yet, I am still waiting for my SheIn order.
