Order Not Delivered

I ordered from SHEIN on the 23rd of September 2024 and paid the custome fees to Buffalo and my order was supposed to be delivered on the first of October 2024 but didn’t receive any communication from the driver about the parcel so it was returned to the Jhb warehouse because of the city on my address didn’t match the town . What makes me mad is that I entered the correct address and usually when drivers can’t find the location on their side they call and ask for live location. For the fact that it was returned with no communication is crazy and I have been trying to contact them from last week , no answer . They are not even answering my emails and it is frustrating because they are not saying anything about my parcel .
