Order not delivered

I was called by the guy who has my SHEIN order on the 9th of May asking for directions and he said she has my order.till today guy hasn’t delivered my order when I call him he is not picking up. I even sent a whats app on the buffalo helpline whats app number,they read the messages but no response..please can I have my order this is unacceptable as I have paid for that order
