Order not delivered

To say I'm disappointed is an underestimate 😔 my order was supposed to be delivered but due to some reasons I only got an email saying that delivery failed. What makes it worse is that no contact were made about my order. Their number is not working I've been trying to get into contact with them regarding my order.
