Order Missing

I made an order with SHEIN in November 2022 which was due to be delivered by buffalo logistics.on the day the delivery was supposed to be made,we were informed by the courier guy that he was hijacked and he made buffalo aware about the incident, when we called buffalo we were told that they had not known about the incident and proceeded to tell us to make a report because they were having a lot of similar incidents. They told us that we must submit a tracking number along with our email and that that will return to us in 5 working days..it has been 5 months since now waiting for them..when we call they tell us the same excuse..this is really bad for our business,we have refunded all our customers in hope that we might get our money back from them..poor service
