ORDER HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BUT SAYS RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER

I got an email about my order that was out for delivery today on the 02 of July saying the customer received it & as the customer that ordered from shein & paid also for the customs i haven’t received my package as of yet. I’m livid because i think im being ****med , i did not receive any call from any delivery guy for me to get my package but when i track it says i received it!! Meanwhile i still have another order that I’ve just placed on shein on the 1st of July & already everything has been handed to buffalo. I WANT MY ORDER DAMN YOU BUFFALO
