Order from shein, not received

Good day BUFZA***YQ

Please note your driver was in my location, but apperantly could not find my house after i send him the location and he was very rude and disrespect full, never in my life ever since odering from shein have I received such disrespect,all the other drivers before him has always found my house and would only call when they outside, this driver called asking for a live location as if his close, I waited for 2hrs and still no sign off him ,i send him a whatsapp to tell him i left home but there are peope at home that will receive the package

Never in my life dealing with bufflogistics have I I been called by driver asking for a live location and still cant find your place, and gets rude when you try to guide him

I called in to lay a complaint and found out that tracking shows received,

Please note I never received my package & did not sign for anything

Hope this matter can be resolved a.s.a.p

FYI:Please dont let drivers deliver if the next day is a holiday and especially if they gone be rushing people that are also at work
