Order dispatched on a Sunday and delivery failed....

I am so frustrated. I have ordered numerous times from Shein and Buffalo has always been the company that delivered my orders. I have never had any issues until now.

I am aware that they do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays. But unfortunately my parcel was dispatched at 07:32 on 2024-12-29 (A SUNDAY!!!) and the delivery was failed at 18:18 that evening.

Since then there has been no update on the website tracking, the only change on the app was the driver. I was home all day, my phone was on me all day on its loudest setting.

No calls, no updates. I called the call center, they said it is out for delivery. I'm still waiting for a call because the last driver couldn't find my address and unfortunately not many people where I live know the name of my street.

This is beyond frustrating.
