Order did not arrive

The service of your delivery company is pathethic. When i followed up on my delivery they lie and say they called and i did not pick up the phone. I think they make want to make sure we pay them for redelivery as their delivery times are also awkward hours in the morning when people are still sleeping and they don't attempt to redeliver the orders again later in the day, not even call their clients.
