Order delayed & agents are *********** and inexperienced.

I am so disgusted with the services they have provided. The agents are very unprofessional .I dealt with an agent that was busy talking and laughing with other agents ,whilst on a call with me ,so I didn't get any assistance. I placed an order on the 20 November, my order was sent to Buffalo by Friday 12 December. This morning I checked my status and it say that the parcel was returned due to an issue with the drivers vehicle,apparently the vehicle broke down .I contacted Buffalo 3 times today only to be told that i must wait for another 2 days to receive my order. Now they notify me that my order is now with Fastway couriers where no one can inform me when my order will be delivered. I wasted so much of time,energy and airtime just to get assistance from Buffalo. There agents are *********** and inexperienced.
