Order claims to be delivered but was never received

I ordered goods from SHEIN. On the 9th of December, the status of the order showed that it was delivered and received by the client. I was at home all day and did not receive any parcel or a phone call to say there was a delivery. I have checked with both neighbors and none received the goods. I have tried contacting Buffalo multiple times and the one time they finally responded was to say I should check with neighbors. I did not receive any further help or assistance from them. Calls were not answered and the WhatsApp service they claim to be fast and convenient was actually very poor because of the late responses. Their communication was also very inefficient. I need the parcel for an urgent cause and I don’t know how long I will be waiting. Their lack of accountability is very frustrating.
