Really Bad customer service, stuff are not very proffesional and helpful. I logged a complaint on the 8th of August and still have not been resolved. Something simple, but it's been the most complicated issue to sort out.

I have still not received my package, and all I am told is that they are working on the matter. This has truly been the worst service I ever received.
