Order at buffelo warehouse

If it was possible to give this company a 0 I would, I have queried my parcel multiple times and a lady contacts me to tell me that it is held at customs however it has been cleared of customs on the 10th of March, I have waited the 5-8 days and still there is no update, on the buffelo website it says at buffelo warehouse from the 20th of March and there has been no update since. Each time I request to speak to an agent there is such a Ling waiting time and then it says session expired and you have to retry and hold again and still no one replies. It's pathetic service that you have to wait such a long time to receive your parcel when the same day I ordered another shein parcel and it was delivered on time and there was no issue
