Order anything that would be sending through Buffalo courier at your own risk ...Bad Service and no accountability!!!

Ordering anything from websites that uses Buffalo courier to deliver my parcel has been a nightmare. Buffalo courier Johannesburg don't despatch parcel nor deliver instead they update tracking details as "no one at home" while I'm forever at home running my store from the same address as my home. They don't even bother to phone whatsoever and numerous times on different parcels held by them to enquire and all their consultants are of no use read me the same tracking courier information that their warehouse write all the time "no one at home". I have a parcel that has been sitting in there warehouse for 4 weeks.... utterly disgusting service. Their support department don't respond to emails nor chats nor their WhatsApp...your forever talking to either useless consultants who don't escalate complaints or ghost support.
