Other than that, it's been a frustrating, maddening journey with apps customer service and the other delivery services that I'm constantly have major problems with. Your customer service department needs more training. Regarding assistance with more options of helping and not repeating yourself of apologies and no solving the problem. Give more options to choose from. For assistance or which delivery should be handling your items until received at residence.
