Not willing to be flexible when its their fault

Horrible experience. Don't know how their in business still. I get my package delivered to my work address. They went to deliver on a Saturday showed up before work even opened they then they left and only after they left called and said no ones there and they won't be coming back today even tho it was their fault. This wasn't the first bad experience but it was definitely the worst.
