Not trusted buffalo logistics

I have never had such poor service in my life, it's past my due date to receive my package and still have nothing, buffalo logistics will have a case against them, this is pathetic service and it's the first time that I have experienced this with them!!! My birthday present was on its way to me and now it's past the 22nd of March and still nothing, not even an update!!! FIX YOURSELF BUFFALO!!!
