Not professional dont recommend

Worst experience ever.If i could rate zero i would.They asked me to pay for duty for my parcel and i paid the same day.I then called to check when they could deliver my parcel and they told me the parcel was still in China which was shocking to me how they could ask for duty when the parcel is not in South Africa yet.The guy i spoke to said they do that to avoid delays when the parcel arrives,but its been days now still no communication from them.when i track my parcel it says in Transit.i am much disappointed in Buffalo,if i could make a choice of the courier company i would choose Aramax.
