Not impressed at all

Very poor services, there is absolutely no customer support. Buffalo sent me a text saying they will deliver my parcel on 29/10/2021, i stayed home the whole day waiting for them, next thing i get a notification that delivery has failed and parcel has been returned to the warehouse. The merchant advised that i talk to the delivery company(buffalo) but i cannot reach them, their phone ring unanswered or just cut, they don’t respond to emails, its a total nightmare dealing with this
