I am so so mad and frustrated, these people don’t take customers serious. They failed my delivery and the reason was client not at the address, that time I am home waiting for them, no call nothing. This is frustrating , I am frustrated . It’s been days no call nothing. Still waiting for my delivery. I tried calling the call centre, they couldn’t help , you are being referred to the website and their WhatsApp number. Annoyed Annoyed Annoyed

Till today I am waiting to be assisted , when I track my parcel , it says ready to be dispatched at warehouse. And the you fail the delivery. This is ridiculous, it honestly is ridiculous. May please please have my package
