Not happy at all

E Extremely disappointing experience with Buffalo couriers. Despite promises of timely delivery, my packages have consistently been delayed.I have been waiting for my package for 3 weeks now .When I try to contact them, I'm left on hold for hours with no resolution. Emails go unanswered, and it seems like they don't care about their customers' concerns. Unreliable and unresponsive - I would not recommend this company to anyone.
