Not happy

They don't reply to emails I am leaving tomorrow my parcel is already in in east London, requested for my parcel to be delivered to me today but they not replying to my emails. Called their warehouse in jbg to request phone number for East London warehouse the lady said they are not allowed to give out as the parcel pick up is also not allowed. This is stressing because I'm leaving and only coming back next year but there is no way of making arrangement for my parcel and I'm very early I must be at the airport by 6am
