Not delivering parcels sitting at their warehouse.

Parcel received at Buffalo warehouse and nearly 2 weeks sitting with them and them not sending out the package. Terrible service. Better to use other companies that can import goods and actually deliver the items. Spoken to several people ie. "Manual or Emanual, Biance and other I did not take names of. Every call they will prioritize the delivery and then again the next day the same and the next day the same....... Useless.
