Not delivering package

I have a package that was suppose to be delivered on the 14 August 2023 I have not received until today. The stories I get from the agents are different each day. My package was suppose to be delivered on the 14 August and i was advised the driver ran out of time and will comeback the next day. I cannot even request refund from the company I ordered from as they want to know if the package was damaged.
