Non Responsive Client Service Centre and Unattended Technology ( Whatsapp and Chat Facilities)

Awaiting a parcel to be delivered from Buffalo Logistics / Fastway couriers. tried contacting them on numerous occasions but with no response. Used their online and Whatsapp facilities and neither company attends to these platforms. Not sure why companies use them as a preferred supplier when the service is this poor. I needed to change my address for a parcel ordered in December as we moved house and cannot even do this to ensure my parcel arrive at the correct address. Avoid them if you can. I emailed their contact center screenshots of this concern and is also blankly being ignored.
