NON-EXISTING SERVICE

Inquiring why my shipment (BUFZA***YQ) is still at the Pretoria DC since 13 December 2022 and not yet delivered to me. I phoned to inquire about my order on Thursday 15 December 2022, and a gentleman informed mw that my parcel was assigned to a driver, but i can however collect it myself. I first checked on the tracking system and saw the parcel was not yet dispatched whereafter I phoned again, staying on the line for 95 minutes, i finally got through to speak to one of the famale consultants. Just so that she can put me through to some one else where i had to leave a message, except i could not...THE MAILBOX WAS FULL...
