Non-Existent Service

Have tried phoning a ridiculous amount of times with NO answer, I got a reply on 1/12 emails but with no helpful information and no response after the first, getting absolutely NO response on Whatsapp either.. This is ridiculous, I am literally simply trying to get hold of ANYONE to assist with confirmation on my order's whereabouts in order for me to arrange to rather collect the parcel, but the service is Non-Existent.
