Non existent customer service

This has got to be the worst company to do business with. They do not care about delivering customers goods. It was paid for a door delivery but got dropped off st a pep store and their response is i should pay again to get it delivered to the address. Non existent team to help. Very sad that they cause business's to suffer especially during covid.
