Non existant service at Buffalo

I dont understand hoe these people are still in business , my parcel has been stuck at their warehouse since the 28th of December abd when i call them to try and go to fetch it they tell me that their warehouse will only open on the 06th. . Why dobt they just shut down ? Nothing good ever comes of this company they are terrible at what they do. Real logistics companies dis nit close during the holiday but this Mickey Mouse company closed while withholding peoples parcels , its disgusting

They don't have an email adress,their customer service leaves much to be desired
