Non existant , non responsive company
I ordered stuff on Temu.
My Parcel arrived at Customs on the 23rd and I was notified to pay import duties. I paid it same day on the 23rd of May and uploaded proof of payment to their portal.

Today is the 1st of June and I've been bombarded with robo calls asking me to pay the Vat and import duties already paid 9 days ago.
I have sent an email to support, tried phoning their customer services number but gave up after waiting 38 minutes in a queue. Tried whatsapp which does not work.
I'm now questioning the legitimacy of this company and after reading all the reviews on Hellopeter I have decided to ask Temu, Banggood and Shein to investigate this company.
