Non delivery and no reponce for Company

Ordered a parcel 4 weeks ago, I received an email for Buffalo Logistics on Saturday evening at 20h30 to say my parcel had been delivered and that I had signed for it , It wasn't delivered and I have definitely not received it , I have sent numerous Emails and Whatsapp messages on their whatsapp number and have not received any feedback Phone calls just go unanswered . Beware of using this company
