Non delivery

I keep being told to wait for 48hours to receive my order. 10 days later I still don’t have it. BUFZA7SL24897GWY. My kids won’t have clothes for Christmas because buffalo chose 3rd parties that don’t deliver in my area and I can’t even fetch it from a depo.
